About the role
You'll lead technical discovery and architecture for enterprise transformation programs — bridging client stakeholders, delivery squads, and executive sponsors.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and produce reference architectures
- Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and technical governance
- Present to client executives and technical leadership
- Mentor senior engineers and review critical design decisions
- Identify risks, trade-offs, and expansion opportunities on programs
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ in architecture or tech lead roles
- Deep experience in cloud (AWS/Azure) and modern application stacks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Track record on enterprise-scale programs
