About the role

You'll lead technical discovery and architecture for enterprise transformation programs — bridging client stakeholders, delivery squads, and executive sponsors.

What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and produce reference architectures
Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and technical governance
Present to client executives and technical leadership
Mentor senior engineers and review critical design decisions
Identify risks, trade-offs, and expansion opportunities on programs

What we're looking for

8+ years in software engineering with 3+ in architecture or tech lead roles
Deep experience in cloud (AWS/Azure) and modern application stacks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Track record on enterprise-scale programs

Nice to have

AI/ML solution design
Regulated industry experience
